DAVID DAYAN
Mr. Dayan, a Partner of Bettinger, LLP, specializes in equity and debt financings for emerging companies, complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. He has represented several high-tech companies in convertible preferred stock and convertible note financings, and various acquisition, commercial contract and dispute resolution matters.
Prior to joining Bettinger, LLP, Mr. Dayan was a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham and Watkins where he specialized in banking and leveraged finance. He obtained substantial experience representing borrowers and lenders in a variety of debt financing transactions, including acquisition financings, venture debt transactions and asset-based financings. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Dayan was a corporate associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he specialized in venture capital financings, equity public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
